Limiting Beliefs are the false thoughts you keep telling yourself, and, over time, you surrender to believing they are true!
Limiting Beliefs are influenced by early childhood experiences, the relationships with parents or caregivers, and the environmental world you encounter.
Beliefs carry immense power. If they are negative, you will experience a negative life until you make a choice to change it.
Fears will keep you limited and self-sabotage your life experiences!
Everything I do must be perfect, or I won’t feel good enough.
I can’t show people the real me; no one will like me.
I’m not smart enough, good enough, attractive enough.
I’ll never be able to enjoy anything ever again.
I just know this is going to turn out terrible.
I should have been different, should have done more.
I just know they don’t like me.
I should just give up; I’m just going to fail anyway.
I’m never going to feel better.
When these negative, unhealthy thoughts feel obsessive in your mind, they become unwelcome and involuntary, and affect how we feel in our daily experiences.
Your brain attempts to process over 50,000 thoughts throughout each day.
Until you make a conscious choice to change how you see things differently… your life will not change.
